| Lavender House B&B is conveniently located near the town centre, A3, Guildford Spectrum Centre, Guildford College. M25 is only 6 minutes drive away, and major airports Heathrow, 25miles, and Gatwick, 34 miles and take around 30-35 minutes to reach. It has a nice, welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Two train stations are within walking distance. There are bus services running every twenty minutes to the town centre as well as to the university and the Research Park. Driving distance to the Research Park, Royal Surrey Hospital and the University is maximum 4.5 miles. In the summer time, River Wey can be an enjoyable path to reach on walk to the town centre. There are 1 double and two single rooms available with a shared bathroom. Continental breakfast is offered. Tea/coffee making facilities are available. It is strictly a non smoking accommodation. There are three very friendly cats live in the house. There is a communal parking space is available, if requested there is also a parking space is available at the back garden. There are plenty of good choices available in the close proximity of the B&B for take away food or eating out. Red Rose Indian restaurant offers excellent service and highly recommended. Chinese takeaway, fish and chips restaurant as well as pubs and restaurants are within easy access and they offer plenty of choice for eating out. Local chemist, surgery and convenience store (open till late) are in very close proximity. Children of any age are welcome. |
